Refund policy

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Discovery Sets, sample vials, and tester items are non-refundable due to hygiene and product integrity reasons. This is standard practice across the fragrance industry and ensures fairness and safety for all customers.

If your return is accepted, you (the customer) will be responsible for return shipping costs. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

For international customers, please note we cannot provide return labels due to high shipping costs. We kindly ask that you cover the cost of return shipping.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exclusions

  • Discovery Sets and sample items (non-refundable)

  • Sale items and gift cards (non-refundable)

  • Returns due to missed deliveries (see below)


Refund Policy for Missed Deliveries

Refunds will not be provided for parcels returned to us due to the recipient being unavailable to receive or collect the package. We can arrange redelivery, but additional shipping charges may apply.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (if eligible), and once accepted, place a new order for the preferred product.


EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must still be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
This does not apply to Discovery Sets or sample products, which are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
