All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details.

Customs Responsibilities:
Once your parcel has shipped, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs charges. If you refuse to pay these charges, Mystiq Parfums cannot intervene, as fees are incurred from the shipping courier once the parcel reaches the destination country.

Refusal of Delivery Due to Customs Fees

If an international customer refuses delivery of their package due to customs fees or import charges, Mystiq Parfums may not be able to issue a refund. This is because the shipping label has already been paid for, and additional return shipping fees and UK customs charges may apply if the package is returned to us.

Return Shipping and Customs Charges

If a package is returned due to delivery refusal or non-payment of customs fees, Mystiq Parfums may be liable for return shipping fees and UK customs duties. In such cases, refunds may not be eligible. Where applicable, any refund issued will be reduced by any return-related fees or charges incurred.

Safe Place and Neighbour Delivery Policy:
By choosing to have your package left in a safe place or with a neighbour, you agree that Mystiq Parfums is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage once the parcel has been delivered according to your instructions. This policy applies to all orders delivered through Royal Mail or any other courier service. Once a parcel is marked as delivered in accordance with your preferences, Mystiq Parfums is released from any responsibility for the package. We recommend choosing a secure location and notifying any designated neighbours about the potential delivery. If you have concerns about the security of your delivery, consider selecting a method that requires a signature.

Refund Policy for Missed Deliveries:
Refunds will not be provided for parcels that are returned to us due to the recipient being unavailable to receive or collect the package. We can arrange redelivery, but additional shipping charges may apply.


How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact us at mystiqparfums@hotmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs. If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at mystiqparfums@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work to find a satisfactory solution.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
